Wade urges Heat fans to support the Heat's young players

Tommorrow, Dwyane Wade will return to Miami as a visiting player for the first time in his career. In a move that surprised many, Wade decided to move on from the Miami Heat signing a 2-year $47.5 million deal with the Chicago Bulls.
Wade understands that some fans may not understand the business side of sports. However, he wants the fans to give this young Heat team the same support they have given him. A team led by the young core of Hassan Whiteside, Josh Richardson, Justise Winslow, and Tyler Johnson.
"If you're not in this business, it's hard to understand," Wade told ESPN's Nick Friedell on Monday. "But I don't even want them to understand -- I want them to appreciate what we accomplished together. I want them to cheer for their team that they have, support those players over there that's giving their all. Support the future of the organization and be thankful that we all was able to experience an unbelievable ride together. That's all you can do."
As for Wade, He says he doesn't know what to expect when it comes to the reception he'll receive on Thursday.
"You never know," Wade said. "You never know how you're going to be received. But I did everything possibly right in my time there. So hopefully I'm received [for] what I've given to the franchise, organization. But at the same time you never know. You might hear a boo or something at some point. Everybody don't like you. You got to understand that. But I think overall it will be positive."
Just like they done with LeBron James and other former players, the Heat will likely have a tribute video set up for Wade. And when his name is announced, he will get a standing ovation from all the fans there as well. I mean, why would someone boo him?
