"KIDNAPPERS FROM DELTA AND ENUGU STORM CALABAR FOR OPERATION.
"Information from Calabar, Cross River State capital city has it that kidnappers from Delta and Enugu State storms Calabar to kidnap people.
"But they ran out of luck when they were apprehended by residents of Calabar with one of their victim."
