A pregnant mum was left "sobbing" tears of joy after spotting her dead grandmother's face in a baby scan photo.
Louise Corkill had paid for the early scan to detect the sex of the baby.Convinced she was having a girl, Louise, 30, was shocked when midwives told her it was actually a little boy.
But the shock turned to complete amazement when she looked at the printed out image of her unborn baby.The mother-of-two spotted her grandmother, Mary Parkinson, who died in 2001, and instantly broke down in tears.
She told the Liverpool Echo
“I felt sick and just started sobbing.“I knew instantly it was her face and I was just so shocked to see her again.“It was like she was letting me know that she is here and looking after the baby
