 The Human Ken Doll proudly showed off his surgically-enhanced body as he hit the beach in Marbella.

Rodrigo Alves ,33 rocked a pair of tiny Speedos as he put his buff bod on display.The Brazilian has spent over £373,000 on 51 plastic surgeries and 103 cosmetic procedures including pec and six-pack implants, hair transplants, a nose job, calf-shaping and liposuction.

He started having surgery 13 years ago and his body is said to be insured for $1million.
