A Germany-based Ghanaian singer, Queenlet, has announced an attempt to embark on the longest singing marathon to break the Guinness World Record (GWR)
Her attempt comes on the heels of a controversy caused by Chef Smith, who falsely claimed a GWR certificate, tarnishing Ghana’s global reputation.
Queenlet aims to surpass the current record of 105 hours, set by Sunil Waghmare in 2012. She will embark on a sing-a-thon event in Hamburg, Germany, from July 21 to 26, 2024.
