Osun Election: Over 100 suspected imported voters arrested
More than 100 suspected “imported” voters have reportedly been arrested by security operatives in Osun State ahead of Saturday’s governorship election.
The individuals, who had newly issued Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), were reportedly staying at the residence of Hon. Abiola Ibrahim, a member of the Osun State House of Assembly representing Irewole-Isokan Constituency.
Footage captured the large group being questioned by security personnel about their presence at the residence and their alleged involvement in the election.
During questioning, Ibrahim confirmed that the individuals had been staying at his residence, stating they were there to vote for the Accord Party.
