DJ Cuppy has opened up about her personal and spiritual transformation.
The billionaire heiress, in a video, spoke about how far she has come and how her priorities have changed since embracing Christ.
Cuppy explained that at the start of her career, she was desperate for validation and craved clout and public recognition.
She added that she used to be worried about staying relevant and being seen as important, but her relationship with God has brought her to a completely different place, emotionally and spiritually.
“I was thinking about how I have grown as a person, and I really look at how desperate I was for validation at the start of my career. I wanted to be relevant. I was scared of not being important. I craved clout. And now I’m just in a place of peace. It reminds me of a verse in the Bible, Galatians 1:10, which says, ‘Really and truly, am I trying to please people, or am I actually trying to please God?’ Because if I were people-pleasing, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ, and that is how I live my life. Yeah, it’s working out for me. I no longer care what people think,” she stated.
