A Chinese doctor has left people in baffled after he was caught on camera using hammer on his patient to treat him of stroke. The video shows the moment the doctor began hitting the patient on the neck with the hammer.
The footage which was shot in China shows the moment the doctor placed a wooden block on the back of the man's neck, before hitting down on it with the hammer.
Although the man cried out for help, the doctor continued to him him with the hammer. The doctor can then be seen using his thumb to press down on the patient's neck, before placing the block back down, on top of a white flannel.
It was gathered that the man suffered from cerebral infarction, a type of stroke. The man's wife admitted that the treatment worked.
