Popular Prophet Gives President Buhari 'Magic Wand', Lists Condition for Peace
Speaking during an exclusive interview with NAIJ ahead of the new year celebrations, the spiritual head of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Prophet Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, categorically stated that Nigeria can only experience peace in 2017 on the condition that President Muhammadu Buhari adheres strictly to what the spirit of God asked him (the president) to do.
The primate revealed in his series of prophecies that Nigeria's chances of having a smooth ride in 2017 have been given a massive boost noting that a three-day prayer and fasting programme should be held by the country to avert bloodbath in every part of the country.
According to him, the president should take this seriously as the spirit of God has directed that this is the key to overcoming any possible breakdown of law and order in the new year.
"Nigeria will come out of recession quickly if the president comes up with a reform in CBN and if he can negotiate with the Niger Delta Avengers because they are going to resurface in the new year. We also have to utilise our mineral resources appropriately.
"Buhari can only rule well in the coming year if he locates the bad people within his government and also release all political detainees under his administration.
"The military should be properly equipped to finally overcome terrorism and the government should create more employments for the youths, if he can do all of these and organise a three-day nationwide prayer and fasting programme to avert bloodbath in every part of the country, there shall be peace in Nigeria this new year," Primate Ayodele stated.
The cleric who spoke further, said with confidence that prophecies are warnings against impending dooms in any nation and no prophet will ever pray for something negative to happen in his country.
He said: "Prophets are God's vessels and he reveals himself to those whom he pleases. If only this government can listen, there is a great future ahead of us, that is why we always say the people should pray to avert dangers.
"All my prophecies are warnings, I have never said they will surely come to pass; but for us to be wary of our activities and run away from sins which may make these things reality. I cannot change prophecies because I was not the one who made them in the first place.
"I would also like to encourage prophets of God, the likes of Apostle Suleman, Olabayo, Igila and a host of others who often say what God asks them to say, to continue saying what God reveals to them.
"If your positive prophecies come to pass, humble yourself before God, and if it is the negative ones that are fulfilled, remain humble as well.
"They should only fear God who sent them and not critics. I personally appreciate people's criticisms, they give me more opportunities of getting much closer to God. Prophecies are not meant to cause panic but to warn of impending dangers and what to do to avert them."
