Women become more confident of their bodies at 30

A new survey has revealed women become more accepting of their bodies the older they get. According to a study by Australian online clothing store Showpo,it found body confidence increases by 23 per cent when you hit 30 and that women over the age of 18 are 27 per cent more likely to love their body naked than those under 18.


The survey of more than 2,000 women also reported that more than 63 per cent of women were happy with their bodies.
Just under 17 per cent of women over 30 said they wouldn’t change anything about their body – but just over 13 per cent of women under 18 said the same thing. SHARE THIS NEWS
