US is not going to war in Syria- Donald Trump declares

Donald Trump has said despite the missile strike on Syria,the US is ‘not going into Syria’.

The President said the war-torn nation would have been “a lot better off” if Obama had launched the same kind of missile strike earlier.

In an interview with Fox Business News broadcast this evening, he said:

 “ We are not going into Syria, but when I see people using horrible, horrible chemical weapons, which they agreed not to use under the Obama administration, but they violated it.Look, what I did should have been done with the Obama administration long before I did it.
“I think Syria would be a lot better off than it has been.”

This is in contrast to his tweets in 2013 in which he repeatedly used his Twitter account to warn Barack Obama against launching military strikes against Syria.
