Mel B granted five-year restraining order against former nanny

Mel B has won a five-year restraining order against her former nanny Lorraine Gilles who she claims was made pregnant by her estranged husband.

The former Spice Girl took out the order after alleging he had a seven-year affair with the nanny.

Mel's lawyer, Larry Bakman, told the judge Shirley K Watkins he had presented evidence which showed a pattern of harassing and annoying behaviour from the nanny:

 "There were a number of incidents over a matter of time all designed to harass and annoy my client."

Judge Watkins ruled: '

"Miss Brown has the need for a restraining order for Miss Gilles.The court will issue a personal and stay away order as requested."

Mel has alleged her estranged husband got Gilles pregnant while she was employed by the couple and paid to put her up in an apartment using her millions to pay for it without her knowledge. SHARE THIS NEWS
