38-Year Old man Nabbed For Allegedly Defiling His Nieces
The said man who resides at Otiya B in Otukpo was reported to the vigilante group at Igbanonmaje Otukpo after he allegedly raped 3 of his older brother's children who are between the ages of 12, 10 and 8.
