Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra – rocked a police bullet-proof vest, an helmet and a service boot as he posed at the State House in Awka, the state capital. The governor reportedly rocked the “unusual” outfit as he plans to meet with security agencies in the state for a Crime-free Yuletide!
