Florida school shooter to donate brain for research

The mass shooter who slaughtered 17 students and staff at the 2018 Parkland shooting has reached a settlement to donate his brain to be researched in the hopes it will explain what “created this monster”.
The attorney for Anthony Borges - who was shot five times in the attack - suggested that "maybe there was some kind of imbalance that caused this that we can prevent in the future."
The bizarre settlement also allows Borges to use Nikolas Cruz’s name in movies, books, or other media, as well as awarding Borges $430,000 that had been due to Cruz through a relative’s life insurance.
