The X billionaire has called for a return to paper ballots and in-person voting only, quoting a screenshot of interviews with a professor who exposed the outdated tech that backs the electoral system.

Professor J. Alex Halderman told a Senate Intelligence Hearing seven years ago that voting machines can easily be corrupted to alter results, while some still run on 2003 Windows operating systems.
