A Nigerian woman has taken to X to call out FedEx after losing gold shipment worth millions of naira.
She said the incident happened due to a false delivery claim by an international courier company, FedEx.
In a video posted on X, she called on Nigerians and the authorities to come to her aid.
“I ordered gold worth millions of naira from Dubai. I was expecting FedEx to deliver it, but suddenly I received a notification saying the gold had been delivered, yet I haven’t received anything,” she said while sobbing.
She added that multiple attempts to resolve the issue have yielded no result, and the courier company maintains that the delivery was successful.
“Please help me call out FedEx. They said I received my gold, but I didn’t. I haven’t seen anything. This is not fair. I can’t sleep. I can’t eat,” she cried in the video.
