Nigerian comedian cum actor, Woli Arole has kicked against people choosing surrogacy because of 'wokeness.'

 

He said most women choosing surrogacy want to look 'woke' despite not having any fertility issue.

 

He was reacting to after popular media personality, Ife, in a video via her Instagram page, announced that she is having her babies through surrogacy.

 

Reacting on Tuesday, Arole said it is a blessing for a woman to carry her baby in her womb, stressing God has ordained it.

 

He wrote, “Listen carefully. It is a blessing for a Woman to carry her baby in her womb. That’s how God wants it. Don’t let wokeness derail you. Unless for medical reasons, she can adopt options like Surrogacy, IVF and all.
