*Biography:*
Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria Uchenna Daniel Obiora (LL.B., BL) is a distinguished legal practitioner, community leader and public servant from Ndiokpaleze, Orumba North LGA, Anambra State. Born on 18 April 1979, Barr. Obiora combines deep legal knowledge with a long record of civic engagement and leadership.
*Education and Legal Qualification:*
He began his formal education at Community Primary School, Ndiokpaleze (1986–1992), and proceeded to Holy Ghost Secondary School, Abakaliki (1992–1998), where he obtained his West African Senior School Certificate. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (2003–2008), completed the Nigerian Law School at Kano Campus (2008–2009), obtained his BL, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.
*Legal Career and Professional Memberships:*
Barr. Obiora began his professional practice as an Associate Counsel at R.O. Nzekwe & Co., Awka, and later founded and serves as Principal Partner at Graceville Legal Practitioners, Awka. He has been an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association since 2009, serving in the NBA Awka Branch from 2010 to date and in the Eastern Bar Forum since 2010. He also served on the NBA National Executive Committee (NEC) for 2022–2023.
*Community Leadership and Public Service:*
A committed community leader, Barr. Obiora has held numerous elected and appointed roles: Councillor representing Ndiokpaleze (2014–2016) and Deputy Leader of the Orumba North Legislative Council (2014–2016); Publicity Secretary, NBA Awka Branch (2015–2017); Secretary, NBA Awka Branch (2021–2023); and President-General of the Ndiokpaleze Improvement Union (2022–present). Since 2024 he has served as Secretary of the NBA Awka Branch Remuneration Committee. He is also active in civic associations, including Klub Kings (since 2015) and ASTUC (since 2022).
*Honors, Personal Life and Interests:*
On 26 December 2025 he was conferred with the traditional title Ikeoha Okwaeze by the traditional ruler of Ndiokpaleze, completing his trio of honorifics—Barrister, Honourable and Chief. A devout Christian, he is married with children. His interests include reading, legal research and physical exercise.
*Aspirations:*
Known for humility, integrity and a steadfast commitment to service, Barr. Hon. Chief Uchenna Daniel Obiora is the APGA House of Assembly aspirant from Ndiokpaleze (Orumba North) for the 2027 election. He presents himself as a qualified, community-rooted candidate ready to legislate with competence and dedication.
*Note:* Barr Honourable Chief Uchenna Daniel Obiora is here to serve not because he have not had aspirations all these years, but because he was patient with the party's zoning principle until it is the turn for zone one and micro zone Ndi Ndi communities.
Furthermore, he stands as the best so far for the job of a law maker among all those that have declared interest so far, in both having the knowledge of law and being a practicing law maker for 2 years in Orumba North Local Government legislative council where he handled the position of a deputy leader of the house.
