Portable has once again generated headlines after boldly issuing a challenge to Afrobeats star Davido, daring him to a celebrity boxing match and claiming he would defeat him if they stepped into the ring.
In a video making the rounds online, the controversial singer insisted he is confident in his fighting ability and even described himself as a “world champion,” calling for a high-profile boxing event with a ₦1 billion prize tag.

“The way Davido is training, I want him to come and fight me as the world champion that I am. They should organise a celebrity boxing match with a ₦1 billion prize tag,” he said.
Portable’s comments come shortly after his string of celebrity boxing victories, where he defeated Speed Darlington and actor Charles Okocha in separate exhibition bouts. He is also set for another fight against streamer Carter Efe in an upcoming matchup.
The singer has increasingly positioned himself as a dominant figure in Nigeria’s celebrity boxing scene, frequently boasting about his wins and challenging other entertainers to step into the ring.
