Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (ADC), Mr Peter Obi, has presented a cheque of N10 million to the St. Raphael Hospital, Umueri, in Anambra East Local Government Area of Anambra State.

According to Obi’s Media Aide, Val Obienyem, the ₦10 million donation to the hospital was in support of his healthcare mission and continued service to humanity.
“As he proceeds to Lagos, Prof. Okunna and I will join members of his EXCO at the Thanksgiving Mass at Madonna Catholic Church, Agulu.
“In keeping with the wishes of the celebrant, the EXCO will thereafter visit a sickle cell home to extend love, care, and support to the residents, reaffirming his enduring commitment to the welfare of the vulnerable,” he added.
