Paul Robinson Says Harry Kane Deserves Ballon dOr Award
Harry Kane has received strong backing for football’s biggest individual award after an impressive season in front of goal.
Former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson thinks Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane should win the Ballon d'Or this year.
He says the race is tough, but no other player has numbers like Kane's.
Kane made the 30-player shortlist after scoring 73 goals in 65 games for club and country last season.
He also won the Bundesliga with Bayern and the European Golden Shoe.
Kane will face strong competition from Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappe and Barcelona's Lamine Yamal.
Robinson spoke in an online interview.
He said that if Kane does not win, it would be a big mistake this year.
