Nick Cannon confirms he's expecting a baby with his ex, Brittany Bell

Nick Cannon has confirmed he is expecting a baby with Brittany Bell. Brittany ,a former Miss Arizona USA has had an on-and-off relationship with Cannon, and the two were last seen together onstage last January at a Maxim party in Phoenix.
“I don’t have any ex’s. Mariah is my last ex, everybody else is just people that I know, love, and care for.”
In the end of the interview children with Mariah Carey, did confirm that he and Brittany Bell are expecting a child together. He said,
“I got a baby on the way.”“God said be fruitful and multiply, I’m doing the Lord’s work out here.”
