man arrested for drug peddling in India for the 3rd time in 2-years

The police in India has arrested a Nigerian for peddling drugs. This is the third time in two years, he would be arrested on similar charge.

20 grams of cocaine was seized from the man identified as Ugochukwu Chukwuebuka aka Godpower upon his arrest. He went to India in August 2016 on a business visa. He was arrested the same year on the charge of possessing narcotic substances.

“This year, he was caught again in August possessing drugs,” Hyderabad Commissioner's Task Force DCP B. Limba Reddy said. Keeping in view of his repeated drug peddling activity police are planning to initiate proceedings against him under the Preventive Detention Act.
