Biola made it known that she would stop buying asoebi and start wearing what she already had, if they didn’t mind.
Nollywood actress, Biola Bayo has stormed social media to lament over the high cost of asoebi.
She took to her Instagram page to share a video revealing that she has 8 owambes before the end of the year to attend and the cost of the asoebis are too high for her.
The actress revealed that the 8 asoebis are approximately worth N2 million.
Sharing the video, she wrote:
”Please nobody should take this personal with me🙏
I cannot afford it please!
If you give me, I’ll gladly make my Iro and Buba to come honor you.
I have enough responsibilities than spending so much on clothes that I can hardly wear twice…common!
Party has never been a form of relaxation for me, if I’m coming to your party, it’s just because I want to honor you and I can honorably do that without spending so much." she captioned the video
