Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has dismissed reports that he has withdrawn from the 2027 presidential race, describing the claims as false and misleading.
Atiku, who was the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the 2023 election, was said in some reports to have stepped aside for Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate.

This comes as reports indicate that Peter Obi now plans to formally join the ADC.
