JAMB to release 2nd batch of UTME results midnight

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the second batch of results for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will be released before midnight on Saturday.
JAMB’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin, made the announcement in a post on his official X handle, assuring candidates who sat for the exam on Friday, April 17, 2026, that their results would be available later in the day.
“The results of the UTME conducted on Friday, 17 April 2026, will be released before midnight today,” Benjamin said.
He added that an official statement would follow immediately after the release, with further updates to be shared via his social media page.
This comes after JAMB earlier released results for candidates who wrote the exam on Thursday, with 632,788 candidates confirmed to have accessed their scores.
