Singer Speed Darlington has accepted Carter Efe’s boxing challenge, setting the stage for what could become one of Nigeria’s biggest celebrity fights.

The rivalry began after Speed Darlington mocked Carter Efe over his visa issues, which prevented the skit maker from travelling to the United States for Kai Cenat’s Streamer University.
In response, Carter Efe used one of his livestreams to call on boxing organisers to arrange a fight between them, publicly challenging Speed Darlington to settle their differences in the ring.
Speed Darlington has now agreed to the showdown, declaring his readiness for the bout.
“Challenge accepted. I’m ready to face Carter Efe in a boxing match on October 1st, 2026.”, he said.
