Suspected kidnappers have k!lled Alhaji Garba Buba, chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rantan ward, Bebeji Local Government Area of Kano State.

The attackers, who reportedly invaded the Rantan community on Sunday night, opened fire on residents, k!lling another resident, Sulaiman Zunduma.
A resident, Hamza Isah Rantan, confirmed the attack in a Facebook post, eulogizing the victims, saying the gunmen attacked the community Sunday night.
He said that Buba was shot during the attack and later d!ed in hospital, where he was receiving treatment.
He added that Suleiman Zundum, who was also shot during the attack, d!ed instantly.
